About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to pre-scraped B2B leads, initiating conversations, conducting discovery calls or chats, and then handing overqualified leads to our engineering team.
Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in B2B client outreach or business development
• Excellent communication skills (English , Hindi and Gujarati preferred)
• Basic understanding of tech services (Web/App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.)
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, and LinkedIn
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Connect with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or calls from a provided leads list
• Identify client requirements and gather project information
• Maintain and update CRM or internal tracking sheet
• Coordinate closely with the technical team for project estimation and onboarding
• Follow up and ensure a smooth handover of client communication
