Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to pre-scraped B2B leads, initiating conversations, conducting discovery calls or chats, and then handing overqualified leads to our engineering team.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in B2B client outreach or business development
Excellent communication skills (English , Hindi and Gujarati preferred)
Basic understanding of tech services (Web/App Development, Digital Marketing, etc.)
Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, and LinkedIn
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable

Connect with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or calls from a provided leads list
Identify client requirements and gather project information
Maintain and update CRM or internal tracking sheet
Coordinate closely with the technical team for project estimation and onboarding
Follow up and ensure a smooth handover of client communication
